EEOC Blocking u-bam-aCare

leave a comment »

u-bam-aCare contains provisions encouraging wellness programs.

The programs aim to control healthcare costs by reducing smoking, obesity, hypertension and other risk factors that can lead to expensive illnesses. The provision allows employers to reward workers who participate and penalize those who don’t.

Recent lawsuits filed by the administration’s Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), challenging the programs have thrown the future of that part of u-bam-aCare into doubt.

Wellness programs reduce health care costs.

u-bam-aCare was supposed to reduce costs and increase coverage.

Now, u-bam-a’s administration is undermining u-bam-aCare.

This is u-bam-a’s big law; he has a choice; fully support it or not at all.

u-bam-aCare is under attack, even by his own administration.

Goodbye u-bam-aCare.
