Presidential Hype

leave a comment »

Obama has created a lot of hype about his job creation plan.

It will be another stimulus plan.  Stimulus plans do not work.

He is calling for spending billions of dollars on infrastructure.  So, he wants to spend billions on unneeded infrastructure.  Then, each year, more billions will have to be spent to maintain the new infrastructure.

Permanent job creation.  Hooray!

Just another make work project.  Same as permanent welfare.

Lets go all the way.  Everyone who wants a job, now works for the federal government.  They do not have to do anything, except collect a pay check.

No unemployment.  Problem solved.

Obama on Television about Irene

leave a comment »

During the news coverage of Hurricane Irene, Obama was seen many times.  He was attending meeting and being briefed on the situation.  LIE.  He was not doing anything productive.  He was campaigning and doing public relations.

Just another example of a president using a disaster or catastrophic event for their own advantage.  Presidents are worthless.  They are only figure heads.  The country is under siege economically; more so because of hurricane damage.  What is the country’s leader doing?  He is producing sound bites.

Enough is enough.  Time to change the system.  Are you ready?

Presidential Election 2012

with one comment

Another presidential election is on the horizon.  Obama will probably be the Democratic candidate.  Who knows for the Republican candidate.  It really does not matter.  None of them will solve the problems facing the United States.

So, what should the voters/citizens do?

Short term answer:  make the election a non-event; avoid everything having to do with election.  Ignore the whole process, do not even vote.

Long term answer:  reform the election process.  Change the way elected representatives are chosen.  Select them based upon merit not ideology.

Managing the country should be about good and fair for all.  It should not be about one group forcing its views on others.

Politics is America is all about ideology.  Ideology is a political view point.  It is the way that a political party views the world and how it is going to remake the world in that view.

Politicians are like preachers.  They hold services for the faithful.  At the same time they are trying to gain new converts.  They promise anything and everything to gain more members/voters.  Politicians belong to the church of illusion.

In the United States, there are two main ideologies; Republican and Democrat, or red states and blue states.

The goal of each ideology is to gain control of a level of government.  The grand prize is the Presidency of the United States.

It is like winning a sport’s championship.  It really does not mean anything.  It is for bragging rights.

The presidency should be more than this.  It should be about guiding the country through occasional troubles while forging a better nation.

Ideology has no place in the presidency.

Obama on Vacation versus Jobs

leave a comment »

The media has made a major issue of Obama going on vacation.  Just another example of the media making up entertainment.  His going on vacation is a non-event.

The real issue is whether or not he is doing a good job.  Currently, the priority issue is job creation.  Obama says, after the vacation he will release his new job creation program.  Will the program create any jobs?

NO.  Why?

Obama knows nothing of job creation, just like the past presidents.  The program will only waste more government tax dollars.  Obama is not doing a good job.

It is not about what he is or is not doing, it is about results.  The results of his presidency have been all bad and none good.

So what are the American people to do?

They have two choices.  Learn to live with high unemployment, rising prices, increasing taxes, and other bad things; or learn how to elect a president that can produce good results.

Presidents in Action

leave a comment »

Presidents campaign, lie, do public relations, lie, blame the other political party, lie, and make excuses.

Presidents do not solve problems, make the country a better place, or in any other way make a contribution to society.

Presidents should be an endangered species.  Just think how much better the world would be without presidents.

People complain about the president continuously.  The truth is the people are getting the presidents they deserve.

Without a better president, the United States will continue on it course to disaster.

If the voters/people want a better president, then they will have to work to make it happen.

People always sit around waiting for someone else to do something.  That never works, because no one does anything.

No Action means no Change.

Remember, citizens can not count on politicians.

Presidential approval rating continues to drop

leave a comment »

This should not be surprising.  Everything continues to get worse.

The economy and all related issues are under a darkening cloud. The media is mentioning the possibility of a double dip recession or a deepening recession.  It is time to starting thinking DEPRESSION, and a long, deep one at that.

Foreign policy is no better.  Obama wants to get involved in Syria.  Another military action?  Is Obama trying to rival Bush for military idiocy?

Congressional approval ratings are no better.

Americans get angry, Americans get mad, give the United States the biggest overhaul its ever seen.
